Mouldy tasting “fresh” vegetables
Mouldy tasting “fresh” vegetables

Not that you care. With your already terrible reviews.

Don’t you care about your customers? As this recession hits. Boy oh boy you will.

The gravy train is coming to an end.

Absolutely awful from start to finish
Absolutely awful from start to finish. The site is rubbish so took me about two hours to order everything as I can't leave the house so literally relying on this food to be delivered. They then say that they can't deliver it anymore despite still charging me for delivery. Then a shop that is 30 miles tells me I need to pick it up from there, then 7 of the items were unavailable, then the people I rang to clear this up had the completely wrong order. Utter shambles never again.

Counting by Fingers
I went to Asda Summerston in Glasgow last week. They cannot count or do basic arithmetic. They're giving nhs staff with a Blue Light Card, 10% off at the moment. The 'machine' was 'not working' so they had to do the 'complex' (hee hee) calculation of taking 10% off the final bill by themselves. Two attempted this but still got it wrong! Don't they know all hey need to do is move the decimal point?

The worse food store in the country
The worse food store in the country, now the have introduced a new way to milk out the customers by charging them for parking while shopping, is very malicious and evil from this establishment, use other stores better for you as Tesco said every little helps

Just been to Asda in Hyde
Just been to Asda in Hyde, time was 20.02 hrs. Had upwards of £40.00 in my basket.
Asked where the checkout was and was told only self service was available after 20.00 hrs.
I told them to stuff it and dumped the basket with the checkout supervisor. More people need to do this and the Asda and the other supermarkets might get the message that we want personnel service and not do there job for them!
Won't be calling there again!

So where do I start this is the most…
So where do I start this is the most horrendous experience you have a face in your life, I’m a support worker and we should’ve had deliveries between eight and nine in the evening 9:30 I ring customer services to ask them where the delivery is and I was advised that it was four stops away. Due to the hot weather we’ve had today I wasn’t that fussed thinking it would be turning up in the next half an hour come 10 o’clock and 10:30 at night 11 o’clock and 11:15 I’ll give them another ring. reassured by the customer services that it is on the way come 11:45 at night I Rang customer services again to only be informed that the delivery will be 230/430 in the morning

I was a bit confused with this and said how can this happen as I will be in bed with service users she advised me that due to the fact that there is no deliveries at this time the order will be cancelled and I will have to rebook meaning that I have to wait 5 to 7 working days for a payment to come back on the work card and they expect me to pay another £200 for food

I tried to explain and ask where the food is and why it wasn’t on the truck and if it was on the truck why it hasn’t been delivered she said it is unable to deliver and unable to track where the truck is

CEO of Asda‘s if you read this please sort your useless waste of oxygen I would swear at that point nobody would let me and this review wouldn’t go through. out this is unacceptable and I bet you don’t even shop at this place you pompous pricx.

I would call you will see you next Tuesday but they’re useful.

If I could rate it 0 I would
If I could rate it 0 I would. Last 5 orders have been cancelled last minute. No apology, no resolution. This time I didn’t even get an email to say it had been cancelled. Wouldn’t bother, use any other supermarket.

Ever since those two took over
Ever since those two took over, Asda has/is deteriorating rapidly. Queues in the whole place are a joke, max of 3-4 checkouts open with self service queues as well. In weather like it is at the moment, by the time you get to the checkout any frozen stuff is defrosted and have to be replaced which takes more time, parents with children find difficulty whether checkout or scan. Elderly and disabled haven't been thought about. I haven't got time to put a trolley full of goods through scan system, ultimately it will go wrong. The employees have been made to take the brunt of customers anger which is wrong, its not their fault. Asda now has no customer care, service or interest which is a shame. Very soon, the workforce will just walk out, after looking after people all through Covid only to be treated with contempt. Interesting to see what happens when customers start buying for and over Xmas. I for one, if I have a trolley full of food and have to queue for stupid length of time I along with probably 1000's of others will just leave trolley and walk out. Those two clever d*i*c*k*s are a disgrace, believe it will back fire what they doing.

Just come back from a shop at Asda…
Just come back from a shop at Asda Crawley Branch.
Not shopped there for a while now I know why!
Absolute shambles 7.30pm on one of the hottest days of the year and one till open with tons of people waiting for it. So had to use self service as did not want to wait an hour at the till. Cost cutting by Asda will not win customers and as for the poor staff member running around like a headless chicken the guy deserves a medal even he was moaning about the tills not being open. Even prices advertised on stuff were wrong £1 for Primula cheese but £1.70 on checkout I understand this is a common event which is daylight fraud and robbery. Cost cutting staff will not keep customers or even staff, shoppers will go to Tescos Lidl Aldi or Sainsburys where they do have more then at least one till open and not making shoppers checkout a massive shopping trolley.
I would of given 1 star if it was not for the nice shop worker who was running around in this heat.
Shame on you ASDA all in the name of saving a few pennies!

Terrible customer service
Had a cordless iron delivered with my grocery order which was obviously not brand new. The box was damaged and the packing inside was all over the place. After contacting customer service and being asked to send photos , which I did ,I was then told all I could do is either visit a store for a refund (what were the photos for in that case?) or place another order and return the item on the doorstep and then I would get a refund. This is not good customer service and I was even told I could cancel the order on the doorstep and just send the iron back. The sensible alternative of asking a passing driver to collect it, was not offered even though they are on my estate almost every day. I do not live near a store and do not have transport which is why I shop online but Asda does not care that this product has a 100 day satisfaction guarantee on it and they should have checked this item before it even got in the delivery van. I even got cut off on the phone because the person could not sort it properly and in the end had to write to customer services, but they are probably the same people anyway and will dismiss my email to save their reputation. Phoning the store that delivers the groceries was useless, they just have a recorded message and nobody answers .Terrible company!

Delivery bad
Delivery bad.
I did an order i usually use Tesco and will never use asda again, my delivery was 33 pound just got essentials for kids, breakfast and dinner for next 4 days as weather hot babies not 100%. Drier called 10 mins before to complain how staff had not turned up at store to pick order sp ge will be half hour late, ok cause I have no life. I live on 5th floor driver called to say he's here he buzzed intercom I let him in then I went to front door waited, Monday is communal cleaning day, cleaners always leave there cleaning equipment in lift to save them bringing up and down, we can still use the lift it's fine. Unless you a pretentious asda driver. He called me on the phone and said he can't come in lift because of the cleaning equipment and if I want my shopping I will need to come down, I told him baby in bed he said " not he's problem, it's mine if I want shopping to come down as he's not coming up the stairs. I did tell him of. He took my shopping and its been 12 hours no refund no marking as not delivered or delivered customer service said as driver and I had words driver has a good case not to come back and that I'm to blame. That's the last of the money no food Asda is the worst I will never use delivery again. Customer service should really train all staff members for better customer service.

Don't order a food delivery online if you don't have much money in your account because if they cancel it takes 5 days to go back into your bank account... they don't care that they've left you in a hopeless situation without food or female products that you need and no money to buy more because you have to wait 5 days remember but weekend don't count and order was cancelled on a Friday... they are the worst
